The C4H concept deals with the identification of the right stimuli necessary to ignite a behavioural change in people, leading them to knowingly choose healthier life-styles. Inspired by the “nudge” concept , the C4H approach aims to support people in choosing what is best for them, trying to influence their motivations and decision making without any imposition, and preserving their ability to make a different choice. Since generalised approaches have proven to be largely ineffective in driving behavioural changes, we want to prove that the key is individualising the experience around the peculiarities of each and every person. This will help the participants find their own personalised path towards the achievement of a healthy life-style.
